Salmon Salad With Lemon Limon CBD Dressing


 For Salad:

 • 1 tbsp olive oil

• Your choice of salad vegetables (Our pick below)

• Iceberg Lettuce

• Cucumber

• Green Onions

• Kale

• 10g Parmigiano-Reggiano, Sliced

• 1 Boiled egg

 For Salmon:

 • 2-3 Salmon Filets

• 6-8 Cloves of garlic, minced

• 1/4 Cup chicken broth

• 1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice

• Sea salt

• Fresh cracked pepper

• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

• Fresh lemons thinly sliced

 For Croutons:

 • 2 Slices of bread, diced

• 1 Tbsp olive oil

• Salt and peper

• 1 Garlic clove

 For the dressing:

 • Salt and pepper

• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

• 1 and a half lemons

• 1-8 Drops of our Lemon Limon CBD oil (add more or less drops depending on strength)

• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

• 2 Garlic cloves

 Let’s get Funkin’ cookin’


 1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the diced bread.

 2. Slice the garlic clove. Pour the oil and sprinkle on the salt, pepper and garlic slices over the bread. Using tongs, turn the bread chunks until they are well coated.

 3. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.


 4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

 5. Add the garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes.

 6. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, another couple drops of our Lemon Limon CBD oil and a few generous pinches of salt. Simmer this mixture until reduced by 1/3-1/2. The sauce will become thicker overtime.

 7. Remove from heat and set aside.

 8. As the sauce cools, sprinkle the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.

 9. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until simmering.

 10. Carefully place salmon filets in the saucepan and cook until lightly browned. Use a spatula to flip the salmon to the other side.

 11. Once skin is firm to touch, remove pan and salmon from heat and place salmon on a plate or in a bowl.

 12. Pour your Lemon Limon garlic CBD sauce over the salmon, top with parsley and arrange lemon slices over the salmon if desired.


 13. Boil a pan of water. Once boiled, add an egg and let boil for 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove and place in cold water until time to serve.

 14. Juice & zest the lemons, be sure to get 30ml of lemon juice.

 15. Dice the garlic cloves into tiny pieces.

 16. In a mixing bowl, add the garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard and mix until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 17. Add in some more Lemon Limon CBD oil and mix again. Be sure the CBD is absorbed into the dressing before serving.

 And Funkin’ Finally

• Prepare your selection of vegetables and add to bowl. Remove the shell from the egg. Add the chicken, egg, Parmigiano-Reggiano and croutons and drizzle with the salad dressing.
